Fantástico
Nos encantaron las instalaciones , la comida y el trato del personal.
Hola, no nos gusto la locación para los shows nocturnos, por ejemplo en el show de circo es muy peligroso tanto para el huésped como para el artista ya que en el sport bar no hay una delimitación por parte del staff de animación ,por lo cual el huésped se cruza durante el numero del artista provocando un accidente, ademas que no son las condiciones adecuadas para el espectáculo y es una falta de respeto. El lugar perjudica la visión y no se puede apreciar el show, ojalá el gerente de entretenimiento tomo cartas sobre el tema y le de la importancia que se debe, ya que los espectáculos no se pueden presentar en cualquier lugar, para que no pase un accidente tanto con el huésped y el artista.

Divina estadía en un lugar precioso y alegre
Instalaciones Preciosas, habitaciones muy cómodas, camas súper cómodas, la playa muy amplia con muchas reposteras y sombrillas, las piscinas buenísimas, el bar de tragos de la piscina de la playa buenísimo, y en general el hotel muy bueno. En cuanto a los restaurante del all inclusive, el que más vale la pena es el buffet, los “a la carta” no son tan buenos. Es genial la cafetería y el bar de deportes, y el personal increíble. La mezcla de playa, montaña y verde es divina.

Todo el staff es increiblemente amable contigo y los tuyos, los restaurantes tienen una gran variedad de comida para tu elección en especial mención está la cafeteria que se encuentra incluida y la disfrutamos mucho por la mañana. La playa privada es muy linda y se aprecia que los vendedores que tienen acceso a ella sean tan amables y con exelente conversación, un abrazo a David de los sombreros y lentes. Las instalaciones en general son amplias y en perfecto estado.

Bien
Me encanto la cafeteria creo q es algo diferente de los hoteles en los q he estado. El lugar es muy bonito y lo mantienen en buenas condiciones.
Cuando hicimos check-in no nos explicaron la cantidad de restaurante q habia, ni donde se ubicaban, actividades del hotel en general. El señor que nos ayudo con maletas nos explico muy amable. En el restaurante pureza el mesero estaba muy ocupado atendiendo a extranjeros, dandoles prioridad. Quizo hacer bromas con nosotros un tanto groseras y no nos parecio. Terminamos yendonos antes del postre. El hotel tiene demasiados eventos durante fin de semana, lo que hace que algunas areas se vayan cerrando para acceso solo a invitados. Nos toco ver 2 bodas el viernes, 2 bodas mas el sabado + 1 evento al mismo tiempo.
